Formed in 1986, in Mumbai, Raviraj Realty is the brainchild of Mr Ravindra Shankar Sawant. The journey of Raviraj Realty started in the Mumbai suburban region of Mira Road. Back in the ’80s, this unexplored territory had a lot of untapped potential. Mr Ravindra Sawant understood this potential and took this opportunity to provide affordable housing with a non-negotiable quality standard to the people.

Raviraj Realty Group has expanded and grown into an organization that is passionate to create landmarks – that meet global standards and deliver the highest level of design and craftsmanship, uncompromising quality along with unparalleled service.
